1. Click Reporting.

3. Search reports for “NO medication reviews”.

4. Type into the field below and click Search.

5. Select the report highlighted.

6. Click the green triangle to run the report.
The report must be rerun each day.

7. Right-click on the report and select Breakdown results.

8. Under Event details, ensure Event date is selected.
This shows the date of the last medication review.

9. Click Refresh.

10. Sort the list by Event date to show reviews completed just over a year ago.
(Some dates go back to 1994 — do not start here, as these reviews are not applicable.)

11. Right-click on the patient you wish to review and select Show patient.

12. Right-click again and select Retrieve patient.

13. If monitoring pop-ups appear, select Ignore.
Note that outstanding monitoring requirements may impact the medication review and will require follow-up.

14. Navigate to the Repeat template list.

15. Using the checklist, review the record ensuring all safety nets and follow-ups are in place.
Confirm review dates are aligned and the correct number of issues is recorded.

16. Once all actions are complete, select Record medication review.
Add a short note to the consultation record where appropriate.

17. Click OK to confirm the review.

18. Save the record.

19. You will return to the report. Close the list and select a new patient from the main report breakdown.

20. Select a new patient and repeat the process.
