1. Retrieve the patient you need to request the test for (if they are not already loaded). ICE requests are normally done with the patient retrieved.
2. Click Investigations.
3. Click Add.
4. Click Test Request, then Online Test Request.
5. When the pop-up appears, select the correct provider. Check the GP practice summaries on Atlas if needed.
For GPC, select North West London Hospitals Trust.
6. Once the ICE request form opens, select all required tests (you can add multiple in one request), submit the request, inform the patient via AccuRx about any practice-specific blood forms, and check Atlas → GP Summaries for further guidance on blood forms and pre-test information.
7. You can also access ICE test requests from the Consultations tab while documenting.
8. Click Add.
9. Click Consultation.
10. Click OK.
11. Click Test Request, then Online Test Request.
